Consumer Health Data Notice

Effective September 28, 2026

This notice applies to consumer health data as defined by Washington’s My Health My Data Act, Nevada’s consumer health data law (SB 370), and similar state laws. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

What Consumer Health Data We Collect

Only what you and your care team choose to enter into Kinduty: appointments (such as a doctor’s visit or therapy session), medication lists (names, doses, schedules, prescribers, pharmacies, refill dates), care arrangements (such as in-home nursing or assisted living), and notes, tasks, or updates that describe someone’s health or care needs. We don’t collect health data from devices, sensors, or external data brokers, and we don’t infer health information from how you use Kinduty.

Why We Collect It and How We Use It

Only to provide the features you ask for: displaying it to your care team, sending selected reminders, printing/exporting data, and maintaining service security. We do not use it for advertising, research, AI training, or any other purpose.

Where It Comes From

Directly from you and the members of your care team.

Who We Share It With

We do not share consumer health data with any other third party or affiliate without your consent.

We Do Not Sell It

We do not sell consumer health data in any form, and we do not use geofencing around healthcare facilities.

Your Rights

You have the right to confirm whether we hold your consumer health data, review it, obtain a copy (Family settings → Download everything), obtain a list of third parties with whom it has been shared, delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time.

Note: Deleting your account anonymizes your profile, but leaves shared care history with your care team. To request deletion of specific health entries, email privacy@kin-duty.com.

To exercise your rights or appeal a decision, email privacy@kin-duty.com. We will respond within 45 days.
